In recent years, the Navy's Fire Scout robotic helicopters have racked up quite a resume: Drug busts off the coast of Latin America, covert surveillance in the skies above Afghanistan. But now, the drone 'copters are going on an indefinite hiatus. Operations of the MQ-8B Fire Scout will be suspended 'for the indefinite future,' after the robo-copters were involved in two recent crashes.
